If there is one thing that sets President Trump apart form the rest of those in Washington it seems to be his connection to the average, everyday American out there. People who know President Trump tell of how he loves talking to the run of the mill, looked over American and takes to heart what they tell him is important to them. Rodger Stone and Alex Jones have mentioned that the President will sometimes even answer random calls from people asking for him dialing the White House in the middle of the night.
It is this trait that shows through in what happened in the White House press room. I think this gives a great deal of insight into what kind of a man is sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office…
Conservative Tribune Reports: White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders grew visibly emotional during a press briefing Thursday as she read from a 10-year-old letter recently sent to President Donald Trump from a Tennessee man named Joseph.
The father of an Air Force master sergeant currently on his second tour of duty in Afghanistan, Joseph wrote the letter to his son while the soldier was serving in Iraq to remind him of everything that was at stake.
“Most people know that all of you are there because you volunteered to be there. Your actions and dedication are seen by people throughout the world as without a doubt the most heroic action of any person which can be made.
“You and the soldiers standing next to you from all of the other countries are the pride of not only the nations they represent, but every individual that yearns to be free,” the letter concluded. “Stand tall, my son, and be steadfast. For it is you who are the defender of freedom.”
Listen to her read the letter in the video below:
That was beautiful. It’s no wonder Sanders grew emotional.
“We owe it to the servicemen and women like the master sergeant who have fought in our name in Afghanistan for 17 years and to the families who have watched them go to secure an honorable and lasting outcome to this conflict,” Sanders herself said afterward.
No matter what you think of Trump, I know we all agree that the job he has is not an easy one. Good people live and die based on the decisions he is forced to make. It is good to know he does not make these decisions lightly. Please take a moment to share this story if it touched you like it did me.
We know that there are people that do their work just so they get paid and be over it.Not all employees need to be like that, and Trump knows how to choose his people – they must care for our country!
And what is a better way to prove you really care about someone if you share the same opinion and also feel for them when they have some issues?
Sarah Huckabee Sanders has to be one of the most respected White House workers we have in today’s government because of all the work she does for her people. According to Conservative Tribune, she couldn’t contain herself during the last briefing at the White House.
The press secretary even teared up on Thursday, when a letter from a kid 10 years of age got into her hands. It was sent to our Donald Trump, but as always, she presented it to us in his name. The information shared to us said it was from a man in Tennessee called Joseph.
Joseph is the father of a great man, a sergeant in the Air Force of America. He is serving his second duty in Afghanistan at the moment, and got some pretty encouraging words. Joseph’s son got the motivation of his lifetime while serving in Iraq, and we are sure he performed perfectly:
“Please don’t lose sight of your purpose. You’re the only hope and glimmer of light for the good, innocent men, women and children that you are protecting. This may be hard for you to see or understand.”
This alone would give you goosebumps, but what else had Joseph written?
“Most people know that all of you are there because you volunteered to be there. Your actions and dedication are seen by people throughout the world as without a doubt the most heroic action of any person which can be made,” he continued.
This is a beautiful letter and it does not surprise us that Huckabee Sanders got emotional while reading it to the crowd. As you can listen in the video bellow, she really got into presenting this with huge feelings:
“You and the soldiers standing next to you from all of the other countries are the pride of not only the nations they represent, but every individual that yearns to be free. Stand tall, my son, and be steadfast.”
Be ready. Here is how he concluded the letter:
“For it is you who are the defender of freedom.”
Sarah also didn’t hold back when talking about the letter afterwards. Still under strong emotions, she gave us her thoughts and really pumped the adrenaline:
“We owe it to the servicemen and women like the master sergeant who have fought in our name in Afghanistan for 17 years and to the families who have watched them go to secure an honorable and lasting outcome to this conflict.”
She also stated that Trump read the text earlier, and he is now thinking about how he will finish the plan about sending more military to Afghanistan.
